Hi,

I am new in de digital mixing. Is it possible to digital record a vinyl mix (not dvs) with a djm 750 mk2 and rekordbox on my pc windows 11?

Yes, you would need to install the audio driver for the mixer and connect the mixer to rekordbox Export Mode via USB cable and you will be able to record.
