Rekordbox 7.1.2 deleted entire library and cloud backup files are empty.

I had just set up Rekordbox 7.1.2 on a new mac with cloud sync to dropbox. for whatever reason, even though all the tracks were showing in my playlists, when i went to collection, it only showed the local tracks it keeps reinstalling over and over. i couldn't scroll up or down past them, so i did a select all and delete, which then, somehow, deleted my entire collection. i tried to kill rekordbox before the sync went through but to no avail. library wiped. 

But then, i was like, thank god i turned on cloud backup. However, all of the cloud backups only include the local files, i.e., the 8 goddamn groove circuit tracks,  and NOTHING ELSE that was on Dropbox. CLOUD BACKUP IS A LIE. 

What do I do?
