DDJ-GR6 Freezes and only on the right side

Hey everyone,

I own a DDJ-GRV6, and for some time now, I've been experiencing issues with the right jog wheel. Whenever I try to prepare a track for mixing (beat matching) and turn the jog wheel to set it correctly, it completely freezes. I can no longer start the track, and the start button, cue buttons, and looping buttons simply don't work anymore!

So the only part that works is the left side of my mixer. Eventually, I manage to get the right side working again, but in a very unconventional way—by pressing literally every button on the right side multiple times. I can assure you that this creates stressful moments when playing in front of a full audience. I'm now trying to avoid using the right jog wheel as much as possible, but it's far from easy to play properly without it!

Hopefully, someone can help me with this—any tips and tricks are more than welcome!
