DDJ FLX 10 - 2nd Channel cuts out to the monitors still plays in headphones

I have a new issue with my DDJ - FLX 10. It happened twice during shows last week. My 2nd channel will all of a sudden cut out to the monitors and to the stream, but I still have sound in the CUE (headphones). Channel 4 will work without the issue. I did update to the latest software so I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

Hi can you tell me if I can just load tracks to the DDJ FLX 10 with a USBc adapter to USB and just play with a USB or do have to play through the software and a computer?
