being charged for rekorbox subscription but when i login it says im not on a plan

hi 

can someone pls help me. i have been paying £6.99 per month for rekordbox but when i sign in it says i am not on a plan. this has been ongoing for months and i have only just got around to trying to sort it as i have a new laptop and am trying to sort all of my apps and i have tried to sign in again and it has just reminded me as yet again it says i have no subscription.
