Please Fix - Both Lighting - BPM-Spots 100 100w Spot Moving Head

Channel 7 is the dimmer. The fixure was updated with no support to Channel 7 and it was set to 0.

There is no light from the fixture at all (just from the LED ring).

Please fix it, the fixture is not usable the way it was created.
