My dj controller pioneer ddjflx4

I try to load it but it don't  work it always  payload error The tracks without grids cannot be edited. 

Input (BMP) authentication Grid panel of Export mode or Performance mode that what it tell me and I don't know what to do  So if you can help I really appreciate it
