Backup/restore not working

On the main computer (Macbook Air) I've made a lot of changes in the playlists and in folder called recordbox music under music where all music files are stored. The storage location hasn't changed. In Recordbox music are five folders with music files with the remaining music outside the five folders inside Recordbox music. No issues with Recordbox working on that computer. All music playable in Recordbox

I also have a Windows 11 laptop with 7.1.3 and an older Macbook Pro with 6.8.6.Previously i was able to create a backup on the main computer and do a restore on both of these computers and everything worked. Now it doesn't. Now only the folders in Recordbox music copy with some files and the all the other files in Recordbox music don't appear anywhere. So the restore process is incomplete.

There was a leftover folder on all laptops called "Prime Music" from a previous software install. Some files were going there. I removed those folders and inside all Recordboxes in settings/advanced auto relocate search folders changed that to point to the Recordbox music folder. That didn't help.
