DDJ-RB

Hi,

I have previously used rekordbox and it has worked great. However, now all of a sudden I can no longer control rekordbox using my DJ controller. This issue started after a computer update, and also around the same time my free trial with you ended.

I upgraded and purchased the Cloud+ plan, thinking that would solve the issue, but it didn’t.

How can I connect my DJ controller to rekordbox again and control the software from it?
