XDJ AZ - Beatport Streaming Can't Load Tracks onto Decks

Hi there,

I have just purchased an XDJ AZ, when linking to beatport for streaming i'm running into issues when trying to load in tracks. When loading a track onto any of the decks it just says "NOW LOADING" and it never actually loads.

I have a wired ethernet connection, although have tried WIFI. I running firmware version 1.23. Have tried logging in and out of Beatport turning on and off the system, nothing seems to work. Streaming works fine into rekordbox so definitely a problem with the controller.

Can I please get some help.
