DJM V10 LF Crackling sound Error E-0008

Hey guys, im having issues with the v10 where it only outputs a crackling sound, i have tried a lot of things but it didnt fix the problem. I rented it out one day and they said an error message appeared with the code error E-0008. I have bought the v10 a year ago and rented it out like 5-6 times ONLY. Have you had this problem by any chance, if so did you manage to fix it or no.

UPDATE: The first time i got the error message E-0008 i restarted it and when i plugged it in again it made the crackling sound, but after like 30 mins of testing it started working normally again. Since then I havent used the v10. When I tried it again yesterday, it kept making the crackling sound, sometimes for a second or so it world play like it should and then it went back to crackling. I tried reinstalling the firmware update and when i restarted the v10, i got the same error message.
