CDJ3000X problem
Hi there
can anyone advise me how to fix this?
i bought two CDJ3000X's and took delivery today.
One of them works perfectly, and the other one doesn't.
It keeps saying 'Library Not Responding' on the screen (and locks up and doesnt allow the machine to be used whilst this message is up). This message pops up every 5 seconds, rendering the deck unusable.
The machine is connected to the internet, both on the Network switch, and also, on Wifi.
ive tried inserting a USB stick and that doesn't help.
As i said, the other deck, works perfectly and does not exhibit this problem.
Any idea how to cancel this message, and stop it trying to access the library that it cant access?
How can i fix this ?

I already did file a ticket on the 15th, and ive not heard anything at all about it.

Do you only have the 'Library Not Responding' error on a certain CDJ-3000X?
Does it actually work to load tracks and play, except the error appears, or is it completely unusable?
