How do I activate my licence key ? I just got a DDJ-400
People say it's hardware unlock now. However, I plugged in my controller and it's still not showing up that I have a plan.

Yes, it is hardware unlock device.
Which basically means it is a plug and play device.
But that does not mean it activates a paid plan.
You can use it with rekordbox while connected, but it will show as Free Plan and that is normal.
