Command bar and player not showing on rekordbox

When I open Rekordbox, the player (decks) and the command bar are hidden. When I mouseover them I can interact but the place on the interface where they are supposed to be is completely black (whole top section of UI). Tried everything internet suggests, toggled all view modes, restart both Rekordbox and PC, reinstall, reroll on previous version (using 7, tried 6 as well).
