Cloud Library Sync of Playlist Metadata is not working from mobile back to desktop

Hi Team,

I did Playlist changes on my mobile device. But now it does not show these changes on my mac device. I did searched already the internet but still whatever is mentioned it still does not sync any Metadata from mobile back to desktop.

I´m on the Core plan + Cloud option. But I thought there is no plan needed for this? 

Any tips you have?
