Pioneer VM-50 turns on but no sound
Hi,
I bought a pair of VM-50s couple months ago on Amazon. Tested these at the time I received them, both worked fine. Stored them away carefully in a cupboard and took them out again this morning. Both speakers turn on, show white LED on the front, however, only one speaker produces sound. Swapped cabling, mixers, audio sources etc. Tested with and without auto standby enabled. Tried the XLR port with XLR and mono jack, tried the RCA input port too. Turns on, white LED on, no sound. Serial number is BFEC004597UC

I am having the exact same issue. Rarely use these speakers. I created a ticket. Hope to hear back soon.
Same issue here.
Gabriel, I see the link you sent for placing an inquiry ticket is for rekordbox. The issue is with the speaker. Do you have any other valid link for speakers please?
Thanks
Hola!! Tengo el mismo problema. ¿Me podeis ayudar?

Not to worry, it's the same ticketing system for both rekordbox and AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ products.
I have the same problem. I hadn't used them for a couple of months. They turn on but there's no sound. I contacted Pioneer's technical support and they mentioned the connections. I already explained how they're connected, so I doubt that's the issue. I've tried different ways and nothing works. If anyone knows what it could be, any guidance would be appreciated.
