Loading issues with Spotify in Rekordbox

Hi,

I recently connected Spotify account with Rekordbox.

Spotify does display all my playlists in Rekordbox, however when trying to load songs to play them, im getting the error: "you have exceeded the track streaming limit rekordbox, please try again in 0 seconds".

Already tried uninstalling and re-installing, updated Spotify, disconnected Spotify and reconnected... nothing works.

im running on Rekordbox version 7.2.6 (latest) / "Free Plus" plan.

HELP :)

Gabriel

Spotify has a system that detects attempts to download 30 songs within 120 seconds as fraudulent activity, temporarily blocking downloads of Spotify tracks.

Furthermore, since detection is based on your PC's system time, changing your PC's time settings can cause false errors.

Please verify that your time settings have not been altered.

If the issue persists, please contact us.

Hi Gabriel,

Thank you for your fast feedback.

Both Rekorbox and PC display the same time. I have also uninstalled Spotify app from my PC.

The issue unfortunately persist.

Can you provide an email address i can reach out to?

Many thanks for your help!
