Streaming services doesn't show in Rekordbox

Hi everyone. i'm writing here because i can't find any other solution. I have the latest version of Rekordbox installed, i have the free plan and i'm using performance mode with a ddj-400. I've enabled all the streaming services, but i still can't see them in the browser panel. I've tried everything, i tried to unistalling and reinstalling everything, but nothing has worked. It looks like everything has completely crashed or stopped working. It is a big problem for me because i currently use only streaming services for my music. I don't have any tracks downloaded, so i've basicallly lost access to my entire library.
