Lets keep it short: I insert usb in, loads perfectly fine, i play music for x amount of time (pretty random), after that time i get the unsupported file error Only thing that helps is removing usb from xdj az and replugging it back After some time the issue comes back I tried basically all the stuff i could find with usb and with the mixer - az runs newest firmware as of last week and i exported my usb from rekordbox 6.6 (library plus included) Fileformat is exfat

Do you get an error number when that happens?

Hi Jaroslav,

    I reported the same issue a few time back. I worked with the support and they just launch the firmware 1.24. I installed it and it seems good now. I have two gig this week end and I will be able to test and confirm hopefully that is working fine now.
    Maybe you can try on your side to.

I confirm that the firmware 1.24 did fix the issue pf the unsupported file format error.
