lossless beatport dont work

Hi everyone

I have a professional subscription to Beatport and Rekordbox Core Plan 6.8.6. After switching to lossless FLAC in Beatport, I can't upload my tracks to the deck or to the offline folder.  (The playlists still show VBR instead of FLAC as the bitrate.) I also cannot find a cache folder that I can rename. Even under Settings Rekordbox in Miscellaneous, Beatport with lossless is not displayed for selection (the check mark in front has been set). What is the problem? I have searched forums but haven't found anything that could help me. Anyone can help?
