DDJ-RR headphone volume very low
I bought a pioneer ddj-RR yesterday and after setting it up with my mac, I notice that the headphone out volume is really low. I checked the mixer settings but if I change anything there, the sound just distorts instead of getting louder.
I tried with 3 different headphones, several usb cables. connected to the front of my mac mini m4 via an apple dongle.
Any ideas what's going on here or is the unit broken?

Please go to rekordbox -> preferences -> controller -> mixer -> output level -> headroom -> set to None.
Is the headphone volume knob turned towards max on the controller?
