Spotify not in media browser since software update to 7.2.7

Spotify not in media browser since software update to 7.2.7

Spotify is not in media browser since doing the software update to 7.2.7. When I go into Settings/View/Layout it is there and its box is ticked. When I go back to the player the icon is not there. The player is in Performance mode.

Is anyone else having the same issue or knows how to fix this?

We have only had the ability to use Spotify for a few weeks and the update has made it disappear!

Please check steps below. 

  1. Please make sure that you are using and launching the latest rekordbox version 7.2.7
  2. Make sure rekordbox is in Performance Mode. (Spotify is not available in Export Mode) 
  3. Also make sure that Spotify is selected in rekordbox -> preferences -> view -> layout.
