DDJ-FLX4 not appearing on my list of output devises on REKORDBOX

I don't know what happened, but i was at a gig a couple of weeks ago and everything was working just fine, but then Rekordbox started lagging and slowing down everytime I transitioned to a new track.  I rebooted by laptop during my break thinking it was an overloaded CPU  but when i tried to play again, I couldn't get sound to come out of my controller.  When I checked the audio settings, my model wasn't listed.  I still can't get it to work despite downloading new firmware.

I tried both Rekordbox 6 & 7 with no success.

What am I doing wrong and how can it be corrected?

Windows10 Pro - 1TB - Intel Core i5-8350U CPU@1.70GHz
