FLX-4 and Traktor Play
I got an email telling me I could get Traktor Play for free if I connect through Native Access and have it recognize the FLX-4, and then install it through Access. Has anyone done this successfully? I have my FLX-4 registered, so not sure if there is an extra step I'm missing.

I just tried with my FLX4. Downloaded/installed Native Access; created an account. I get no popup to install Traktor Play when I plug in my FLX4 to my MBP as described at https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-play/controller-redeem/?utm_source=3rd-party&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=TraktorPlayAT&utm_content=TraktorPlayAT. (MacBook Pro M3 Max; maxOS 15.7.3)
Same here!! Thanks for confirming. Not sure what else we need to do to get this authorized and installed.
ok so I am not alone not getting the popup to install / authorize Traktor Play , I got the DDJ-FLX2 and I am on windows 10
I posted on the NI forums as well. No solution in sight yet. It's definitely broken.
Looks like AlphaTheta/Pioneer does not take care of this issue and we have to reach out to Native instrument since it's their software, thats the answer I got from Pioneer support 🤷♂️

Nice!! Just checked as well.. Got it installed. I guess they remembered to turn it on today. :)
After playing around with it for a few few hours, I have basically determined that it is not a good companion to the FLX-4!! Rekordbox is definitely better integrated. I had so many bugs that it wasn't even worth using it.
