No PC Master Output FLX4

Recently got a new laptop. Old was fine was just upgrading. I go to DJ with new one and I cant hear any audio out of my headphones, (headphone cue is on for both master and separate channels, Headphone knob adjusted for cue)
Not only cant I hear anything through my headphones, but when I connect my FLX4 to my laptop, its always Realtek Audio that pops up first, where, with my old laptop, the FLX4 driver would replace Realtek as soon as the controller was connected. And lastly, underneath the drivers, there would be a toggle to turn on my PC master output for my FLX4, but that doesn't show up for me.
I've tried a lot to fix it. Drivers, other versions, Windows settings etc. Any help would be appreciated!!
