No sound out of board ddj-flx10

This is a brand new DJ controller for my son, and I am not that computer savvy.  Pioneer told me yesterday that his Ipad wouldn't work with it, couldn't download drivers.  Today we bought Asus Zenbook 14, it has Intel Core Ultra 9,   32 GB of RAM, 1TB of SSD, and Windows 11 I think.    I think I downloaded and opened the firmware and sound drivers?  But I'm not sure.   He is using DJ Pro-updated version.   and the board is lighting up and acts like it is playing/working, but no sound?
