Using Lighting for two exact lights and they are not synchronized?

As my title says, I have two sets of identical lights being used in my rekordbox lighting. They are setup properly and are seen and work with the music. My issue is that I want them to do the EAXT same thing, and they are not. They are close, and a maybe a second apart sometimes, but they ARE NOT the same and it looks awful. Is there a way to ensure that noth matching lights do the EACT same thing?
