initializing connection with mobile device for rekordbox is stuck

Hi there - trying to connect my iphone rekordbox app with windows laptop rekordbox for playlist syncing etc.
Can't get past the "connecting to rekordbox" screen on the app and the 'initializing connection with mobile device' on the laptop.
Latest versions of both app and software.
Restarted everthing.
Have added rekordbox to local network allowance on iphone
Have disabled all virus protection and added rekordbox app and agent to firewall exceptions.

Laptop:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz   2.30 GHz
32 GB Ram
Windows 11

Ok so update - I turned off my partners iphone which was also connected to the same wifi network. Seems to have fixed the issue!
