DDJ-FLX4 Power On odd behavior (Cue, Play/Pause and others not lit)
When I power up my DDJ-FLX4, the buttons light up normally, but after a few seconds, the CUE, Play/Pause and some other lit buttons turn off. The controller is communicating with the laptop (faders, sliders, etc.) move on screen as I move them on the controller. Latest firmware has been installed. Laptop rebooted, changed USB-C cable, added secondary power....no change. Help! Thanks in advance.

Are the CUE, Play/Pause buttons functioning to control the software? Do the LEDs not light up when pressed?

Hi Lewis! The buttons aren’t functioning at all. Both the lights and the actual control of the software are not working, while other buttons on the controller do work as expected. I cannot select tracks or anything. So, it's more of a functioning issue, rather than just it not lighting up. I did also file an inquiry ticket.
