Intelligent Playlists not working with Cloud Sync
Hi there,
I've just started using Cloud Sync (Creative Plan) with the CDJ-3000x and have run into some issues. When I upload an intelligent playlist to the cloud, all the tracks get uploaded correctly. However, when I then enter the Playlist menu on the CDJs (Cloud Library), the intelligent playlists are greyed out. I can access the tracks, but not via the intelligent playlists.
I have tried re-syncing the Cloud Library and re-authorised but no difference. Same thing whether I use a USB stick or log in via Cloud
Another issue I have (probably unrelated) is that my Cloud Library always says 'No Name'. Again, tried re-syncing, logging out/in, etc.
Any help appreciated

I've figured out the 'No Name' issue. In my profile, Nickname was empty and apparently, Cloud Sync only uses the nickname...
But the bigger issue, my intelligent playlists not showing up is continuing and I've tried everything I can think of...
Anyone from Pioneer/At? Gabriel? This is a huge issue. Most of my playlists are Intelligent Playlists. If they don't work with Cloud Directplay then I see no reason to continue my Creative subscription.
Can you please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
CDJ/XDJ players cannot read Intelligent Playlists, so Intelligent Playlists cannot be used with CloudDirectPlay.
Thanks for the reply. Just to understand, how is this different from an Intelligent Playlist on a USB?
