PLX CRSS12 START STOP BUTTTON ISSUE

Anyone have any idea why the one of start/stop buttons would stop working ? I used them about a month or two ago and they both worked fine. The button won't illuminate and the platter wont spin. These are less than a year old and never left the house. I may have used them maybe 10 to 12 times at most.

Aside from reaching out to support, contact your retailer you bought them from. They are still within the one year warranty.
