MacOS Tahoe cannot connect to mobile Rekordbox (Android and iOS).

As described in the title, the mobile device cannot be seen in the Rekordbox when I click to search for mobile devices. My current WI-FI is version 6 (not sure if it is relevant). I cannot use the cloud sync option because it is also messed up, and for me, the library sync option is completely not working. Since I already tried to search for a solution on the web, I saw an extremely huge amount of complains on that feature. Please either make it work or remove it. I prefer to make it work because there is no other way to sync data like the cue points for the tracks, and this is basic functionality. How can a DJ mix without the cue points we use as track notes?
