XDJ-AZ issues

I recently bought a brand new XDJ AZ and since then two points have been bothering me.

1. Cue Out button, master section
   The Cue Out button behaves strangely. Sometimes it lights up normally, sometimes not at all. Occasionally it comes back on but then shines noticeably weaker than expected and flickers slightly. This happens without any recognisable pattern.

2. Headphone output
   At the headphone output I hear a digital humming sound, even when all faders and controls are completely down. So it is a basic noise.
   It is not a normal very quiet white noise, but rather sounds digital, like some kind of computing or data activity noise.

What I have already tested:
Multiple factory resets without success
WiFi and Bluetooth disabled
Different headphones tested, the noise remains
Several power sockets and circuits tested to rule out external interference

For comparison I also have an XDJ RX3 here. At the headphone output it is practically silent, you only hear the familiar very quiet white background noise. That is exactly what I would also expect from the XDJ AZ.

Has anyone had similar experiences with the XDJ AZ or observed something comparable?
