How to restore ddj 400 to factory settings? I want to start fresh.

You will want to perform a MIDI reset in your DJ software of choice. What are you using?

Also, Can you use the DDJ 400 with Rekordbox 7??

Please try to do a MIDI reset while the DDJ-400 is connected to rekordbox. 

  • MIDI RESET
    Please follow the steps below to reset MIDI in rekordbox.
    a. Press the MIDI button on the rekordbox screen to show the MIDI panel.

    b. Press the ”DEFAULT” button in the MIDI panel.
    c. Please see if any difference is made

Yes the DDJ-400 is Hardware Unlock for rekordbox 6/7
