DDJ GRV- 600 Cant switch between decks 1-3
I just bought DDJ GRV 6 and it seems like i cant switch between decks 1-3 while i can switch decks 2-4 just fine.
Also i thought USB C to USB A would be sufficient enough to power the deck but whenever i unplug my iphone charger from the deck i get power error which leads me to believe that maybe there is some connectivity issues. I dont have a usb-c port on my desktop.
Is this faulty hardware? Or should all the functions work properly once i purchase a 100W adaptor and plug it in to an actual outlet?

Hi there,
If the computer is not capable of powering the unit independently via the DC 5 V, 1.5 A USB bus power port, then it's necessary to power the unit via a DC 9 V, 3.0 A USB power adapter, while simultaneously connected to the PC via USB.
