I got it last year on May 30, my jog wheel do not work with the screen. All this time I did not know how to activate until tonight with you tube.
What should I do? Go to the place that I purchase?

MY FLX 10 WAS WORKING FINE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO I GUESS A WINDOWS UPDATE HAPPENED NOW MY FLX 10 WONT CONNECT TO SERATO DJ . KEEPS FAILING EVERY TIME I POWER IT UP AND I UPDATED EVERYTHING
