DDJ REV5 Powers on then all the lights go out and nothing works

While troubleshooting I have only the power supply connected to the controller. I turn it on everything lights up then seconds later go out and only the fx select stays lit and works. Nothing else works I can't play any music. I tried a reset by unplugging everything and waiting that didn't work. I tried shift + slip that didn't work. I was working fine this past weekend.
