Is it detected by the computer?
You can try a MIDI reset in the MIDI settings.

Thanks, I got it to connect after uninstalling DJ Pro 4.0 and lite 4.0 then reinstalling version 3.5 ......... 4.0 was working. I am not sure what happened, so I will stick with version 3.5 for now.
