can't pair or work the software rekordbox version 6.6.1 with Pioneer DDJ 400

Since Two Days I can't play my pioneer ddj 400 with the rekordbox version 6.6.1 . When I connect the controller ddj 400, the software is not response, the button or volume or jog wheel everything of the controller not working but only software on PC is working soomthly . So please sloved my problem as soon as possible
