Error: Communication with RekordboxAgent failed

I'm after some help, I've been happily using Rekordbox for months and was on v7.2.10 till yesterday when I  upgraded to latest version 7.2.11, since then I get the Error: Communication with RekordboxAgent failed. Nothing has changed on my PC. I've tried teh suggested turn off Av and FW and still not working, I've changed Networking from Public to Private, I've also uninstalled and reinstalled and now get the error with v7.2.9, 7.2.10 and 7.2.11. I'm puzzled as to what could be the issue as its been working fine. 

I've logged a ticket but was wondering if anyone else can help while I'm waiting for a responce
