DDJ FLX10 Filter/Crush and Beat Fx Not Working

I am recently unable to select Filter or Crush. All other sound color fx work properly, but pushing the filter or crush buttons does nothing. In Rekordbox I can manually select these effects and the buttons will start flashing as if I had pushed them, but the buttons themselves remain inoperable.

Additionally, turning the Beat fx knob does not cause the effect to change on the lcd display or in rekordbox. If I manually change the effect in rekordbox, the display changes and I can use that effect. These are brand new problems.

I have attempted to update the firmware to 1.14 and roll it back to 1.11. Nothing has worked. The issues occur whether or not the controller is plugged into a computer. I have attempted a factory reset, but I do not believe the factory reset was successful.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
