Issue with my XDJ-AZ All-in-One DJ System

Issue with my XDJ-AZ All-in-One DJ System. The unit has been experiencing consistent freezing behavior when loading tracks, which is preventing normal operation during mixing.

Issue description:

While playing music, the system freezes when I attempt to load a new track into either Deck 1/3 or Deck 2/4. When this occurs, the unit becomes unresponsive and I am unable to continue mixing normally. The issue appears every time and is impossible the  use of the controller.
