Lost Tracks when updating rekordbox

Basically, on the last time that I tried to update my rekordbox it told me that I didn't have enough memory so I can't remember what option they gave me, but I just went for because I wanted to start playing, however, when I did that I lost quite a bit of my tracks that were on my library, so I would like to have you guys guiding me in how to get those back .

This is the second email that I've sent you guys within a week and you guys have not replied.

It's very disappointing that once Alpha Thetha bought pioneer the customer server got so bad.
