Rekordbox not recognising

Rekordbox is saying its recognising my controller and it lits up though i cant actually use my controller as it just has the startup light and not to actually use it

i have tried using different cables different ports and i probaly reatarted my laptop 3 times and updated rekordbox

Any ideas what i should do??
