When turning the fx rotaries when they are at 12'o clock the software shows at 15'o clock. Does anyone know if its a hardware or software issue, please.
In utility mode it does the same.

You can try a MIDI default reset, which can be done in the MIDI settings of your DJ software.
Hi Lewis, thanks but I've tried default settings and no improvement. Not sure if it's a hardware issue or software although just come back from a service!
