Dear Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta Team,

I have been a loyal user of Pioneer DJ equipment for quite some time and I truly appreciate the quality of your products and ecosystem.

Over the years I have purchased Pioneer DJ gear worth more than €2,500, including the Pioneer new DJM-450 mixer, 2 xdj 700, flx4. And many used. Now I have also CDJ 100s. I also purchased the DJM-REC application for recording my sets and I regularly use Rekordbox in my workflow.

Since I am actively investing in the Pioneer DJ ecosystem and using your software and hardware together, I wanted to ask if it would be possible to receive a small loyalty bonus — for example a Rekordbox subscription or promotional access.

It would mean a lot for me as a dedicated user and DJ who continues to support Pioneer DJ products.
