All Track Library fail

TOPIC : Library jumps position after deleting tracks when sorted by BPM

I’m running into an issue in the latest version of Rekordbox v7.2.13.0312 on a MacBook Pro (macOS Sequoia 15.7.4) and hoping someone has found a fix or workaround.

When I’m going through my collection (thousands of tracks) and sorting by BPM, I’ll delete/remove a track from the collection—but after I do, the browser jumps away from my current position (either back to the top or somewhere else in the list).

This makes it really difficult to clean up my library efficiently because I have to keep scrolling back to where I was every time I remove a track.

This wasn’t happening in earlier versions, so I’m not sure if it’s:

  • a bug in this version
  • a setting I’m missing

What I’m expecting:

The browser should stay in place (or near the deleted track), so I can continue working through the list.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?

Appreciate any insight 🙏

Gabriel
