After installing the latest firmware and drivers for MAC Tahoe I'm still not getting DVS timecode signal in Rekordbox 7 on the Macbook. My Windows desktop is running everything perfectly after updating the mixer but my Macbook pro is still not working.

The only issue I'm having is that there is a weird bug that won't allow me record straight away when turn on my S11. Need to manually start the utility for it to work. 

Other than that I DVS is working like a charm.

Hi,

I'm experiencing a very similar issue, although I'm using a DJM-S7 instead of an S11.

My setup is:

  • MacBook Pro M4
  • macOS Tahoe
  • Serato DJ Pro 4.0.7
  • DJM-S7 with latest firmware, drivers and Setting Utility

The strange thing is that only my left DVS deck is affected.

The right deck receives timecode signal normally, but on the left deck the scope only briefly shows a small circle when the turntable starts spinning, then the signal disappears completely.

I've already tested:

  • Different turntables
  • Different cartridges/styluses
  • Different RCA cables
  • Fresh Serato installation
  • Fresh Serato configuration
  • Latest drivers and firmware

The exact same hardware works perfectly on my Windows laptop.

What's even more confusing is that Traktor can see a stable timecode signal on the left input, which suggests the mixer, turntable and Mac audio input are all working correctly.

Did you ever find a solution for your issue?
