DDJ800 MASTER OUTPUT ISSUE

I have a hard to pinpoint, but even more annoying error.DDJ-800 master meter L/R shows OK, but on the physical MASTER output one (so far the left) side randomly disappears. This phenomenon occurs on both XLR MASTER and RCA MASTER outputs. Moving cables and connectors does not reproduce it, the error rarely occurs.

I always hear the sound in stereo in headphones. The laptop I use is freshly installed with legal software DELL Pro, Win11 (25H2), Rekordbox version 6.8.6 software, DDJ800 1.0   AUDIODRIVER installed.


Is there a solution to this?
