XDJ RX2 : sound is just coming out of 1 headphone, not both sides.

When Cue Split is set to Mono, I get no sound from my headphones. When it is set to Stereo, I get sound from only one side.

I have tested multiple other headphones, all with the same result. Each pair of headphones works fine on other devices.

I have also tried my USB on other devices, and that works fine too.

And if I pull the headphone plug a little it goes from the left side, if i plug it fully, sound is coming only from right side of headphone, only side at the time.
